2.. You had to have been sentenced to C. Y. A. { California Youth Authority}

3.. You can not be serving time, be on probation or parole, or under indictment for any other crime.   You may return after all of the above have been taken care of.

4.. Your case had to have ended in an adult criminal court.     If your case was handled in juvenile or family court then Press  Here.

5.. You had to have completed all your time in  C. Y. A. and can not  have served any time in a county jail or state prison, on this charge.

6.. You must receive and have in your possession, an honorable discharge from the California Youth Authority
