1..You must have been a juvenile when arrested    

2..The arrest must have been for a misdemeanor

3..You can not have been arrested for violations of 11000 H&S through 11651 H&S

4..This section is not for any traffic violations or an infraction.

5..The crime can not have been for a sex crime. { 290 P.C. }

6..The case had to have been tried in an adult court.

7..You must have been found not guilty.   If you were found guilty then use the adult section.

You will not be required to tell employers about this incident

You may say that this incident never occurred.

You will be able to apply for a professional license and apply for a weapons permit.

This case will now have no value in increasing punishment in future criminal cases.

This case will no longer be a problem with immigration .
