Application to withdraw conviction of Rehabilitated Narcotics Addict

                                                                                  Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

 1.. You had to have been sentenced to a Narcotics Detention Treatment and Rehabilitation Facility.

 2.. You must have serve less than 2 years in the facility and be drug free for 1 year.  If you served more<
       than 2 years then you must be drug free for 16 months after release from said facility.

  3.. You must be released by the Director of Corrections as an out patient who will issue a certificate to the
       court where you were sentenced.    The court will then make a judgment to dismiss the criminal charges in the interest of justice.

 4.. You can not be on probation, in criminal trial or have served any jail time since receiving your certificate.

After you have completed all the above, the Judge should dismiss your case.

You will be allowed to apply for many more jobs, including police officer

You will be able to obtain professional licenses and a driver license.

You will be allowed to posses a weapon.

Your credibility as a witness in civil cases can not be attacked.

You will not be required to disclose this arrest or charges to employers unless you apply for a government job or license.
