CONVICTED WITH PROBATION

Application to withdraw conviction & dismiss the case
1..You must have been eighteen or over when arrested
2.. You have to have received probation, formal or informal3.. You must be off probation. If you did not receive probation press here.
4.. You can not have been convicted of a felony. If convicted for a wobblers press here.
5.. You have to have been convicted in adult court. If convicted in juvenile court press here
6.. You can not use this remedy for a conviction of one of the following:
California Vehicle Code: §2800, §2801, § 2803
Penal Code: §286a(c), §288, §288a(c), §288.5, §289j

Your record will be changed from a conviction status to a dismissal status. You may now say you have never been convicted. A dismissed case will work in your favor in consideration for a professional license where as a conviction would surely stop your quest.
You will be released from all penalties & disabilities unless the judge states otherwise.
This case can not be brought up in a civil case. If in the future you are involved in a car accident or attempting to solve a business deal, et cetera, then the opposition can not bring this incident up to discredit you.
If you are applying for public employment, trying to obtain a state license, or attempting to contract with the state lottery, then you must advise any of them, including employers, of this arrest & that the case was dismissed, otherwise, you do not have to disclose this informant ion to anyone.
You may apply be considered for a professional license, obtain a driver's license, & have the right to possess a weapon. You will stand a better chance of obtaining the license if you can show a dismissal instead of a conviction.
