Petition To Seal Juvenile Records

Q U A L I F I C A T I O N S

If you have a case because of a mental or physical disorder or because a parent or 

guardian was accused of not caring for you properly than you should continue

1.. You must be at least eighteen years of age or five years must have elapsed since you last court date  

2.. Your case must have been dismissed in juvenile court or you was arrested but no charges were ever filed

3.. You can not have been a delinquent or a status offender.   If you were then press here.

4.. You can not have any convictions for a felony or moral turpitude since the incident in question occurred.

5.. You must show that you have been rehabilitated.

B E N E F I T S

All records of this case will be sealed,  including those held by other agencies.   

Records will be destroyed five years from the sealing date, automatically.

What ever occurred in this record will be considered to never have occurred.

You may now apply for a professional license and own a gun.

You will not be required to register anymore.

Your conviction can not be brought up later in a trial involving a civil court matter.
